Suzanne has practiced Yoga for many years and over the last 10 years established a Yoga sanctuary in Fontmell Magna, Dorset, teaching Sivananda Yoga and Meditation, classes & retreats as well as Holistic therapies. Suzanne also offers Reiki courses and therapies. MagnaYoga attracted many local students, as well as students from across the UK and internationally from far afield. Suzanne also had the privilege of taking groups of students on Yoga Retreats to India on a yearly basis.

Having recently married, Suzanne and Robert chose to move to the artisan town of Frome in June 2015 and is now bringing her experience of many years of teaching Sivanada Yoga & practising therapies in Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire to Somerset at the recently renovated loft space of the old Welsh Mill. Suzanne has formerly taught in Frome privately and held workshops at recent Frome Festivals.

At the FromeYoga Studio on the fourth floor of The Welsh Mill, Suzanne will regularly teach daily Yoga and Meditation classes as well as private one to ones, private group workshops & retreat days in Yoga & Meditation, and courses in Reiki.

Suzanne warmly welcomes all to this new Yoga space designated purely for yoga, meditation, therapies and Reiki, for you to enjoy a place of calm and solace.

Enjoy the rejuvenating energy of early morning or daytime classes or, for those with health issues, gentle afternoon restorative classes. Mellow calming classes in the evenings to restore & Mindfulness Meditation classes to release tension and stress related issues.

Explorative Yoga and meditation retreats and workshops will be held at weekends, with an array of times for regular classes throughout the week.
